Construction works for the Project "Sakeni"

Construction process at "Sakeni", the first project by "Biograpi Living", has entered an active and large-scale phase.

• Block masonry works and the full installation of internal electrical wiring have been successfully completed on the territory.
• High-quality aluminum stained-glass windows from the German brand Schüco have been fully installed on the residential floors.
• The installation of modern elevators by the Swiss brand Schindler has been completed.
• Flooring works in the parking spaces are already finished.
• Currently, wall insulation is actively underway on the facades, along with the painting of balconies using high-quality Caparol facade paint, and cladding with terracotta tiles from the German brand NBK.

• Construction of the project is progressing as scheduled and will be completed in 2026.
